Yes, our warehouse is in Kunshan City near Shanghai. It has a total area of 5,000 square meters.
Can we request quotations for products not shown on the website?
Yes, but there are too many products for semiconductor parts, so not all are displayed online. Please contact us for more details.
Does the product support OEM customization?
Yes, we support OEM.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for stock products. For non-stock products, the minimum order is 100 units.
Can you provide a product catalog?
Yes, please contact our business manager, and we will send the product catalog to your email.
Are samples available free of charge?
Depending on the product, we can provide free samples for most items.
What is the mass production time and delivery time?
Typically 45–60 days. Different products have different production cycles.
What are the terms and conditions of payment?
When quoting, we will confirm the trading terms (FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.). For mass production, we usually require 30% advance payment, with the balance settled before shipment.
What is the product after-sales service scope and warranty period?
Vacuum pumps have a 6-month warranty. Other semiconductor parts are sold AS-IS or working.
